| I am going on my 4th day using this and so far I really like it. I have not experienced any jitters, or felt like my heart was racing, like you sometimes hear about with many such diet pills. To me it is better than any adderall as far as energy and concentration. I jog at least a mile and a half a day with at least 3% incline. I have lost five pounds in three days.
